Dr. Bo Kirkwood is a Board Certified Family Physician from Pasadena, Texas where he has practiced medicine for 26 years. He is currently in practice with his two brothers, Dr. Ron and John Kirkwood and soon to be joined by his son, Dr. Toby Kirkwood. He has a special interest in preventative medicine and is a designated doctor for the state of Texas performing impairment and disability ratings throughout the state.

Dr. Bo graduated with a B.S. in psychology from the University of Houston and a Masters in behavioral science from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. His medical degree is from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth and he did post graduate work at Michigan State University – Garden City Hospital. He is currently a clinical instructor in medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and has been a preceptor to hundreds of student doctors during his career.

A devoted Christian and Bible student, Dr. Bo has published two books, “Unveiling the Da Vinci Code” (2006) and most recently, “A Case For Life: Christian Ethics and Medical Science.” He has also written for Truth Magazine and lectures on Bible evidences.

Dr. Bo and his wife of 36 years, Cherry, have three sons, Toby, Danny and Luke. An avid golfer, Dr. Bo also enjoys sports, music, and theatre and loves reading especially History and Biographies.
