Dr. Longmire has lived in Hitchcock, TX since 1964, where he has been doing Family Practice. In addition, he has done OB, Surgery, hospital care, and taught at 5 medical schools. He sees patients in the office 4 and ½ days each week, and returns to the office after hours as many as three evenings each week for Xrays and emergency room care, as well as performing office surgery four days each week. He attends the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, where he serves as lector and Eucharistic minister as well as teaches RCIA, and serves as the sect/tres. for the Christian Renewal Center, a retreat center with 99 buildings, two chapels, and three large meeting rooms. Dr. Longmire has been married 56 years, and has three sons and two daughters.
